At Blacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
